Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant four-night stay, enjoying the King Suite's spaciousness. The AC was freezing, but the staff promptly helped us adjust it. Breakfast could be improved with more space and variety. Consider nearby dine-in options for evening meals, as there's no onsite restaurant.

The air conditioning unit emitted a musty smell that made the room uncomfortable!!! Housekeeping services lacked consistency. A little attention to detail could go a long way!!!

The Queen Suite was spacious and offered wonderful bathroom amenities, making it a comfortable stay. Breakfast featured delicious options, including fresh bread rolls, that set a positive tone for the morning. However, the front desk service left much to be desired. there was rude behavior from management, making it hard to feel welcomed, especially during a special event.

I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke Pines. The breakfast impressed me with its variety.

The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the elevator situation, which could use some improvement, but overall, I had a fantastic time! 😊

This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool provide everything I need. The staff once helped me print important documents. I’ll be back for Easter!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the quick shuttle to the cruise port and the alligator show at Everglades Holiday Park. The location is perfect for both the airport and cruises. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use some variety to keep things interesting.

I loved the vibrant colors and welcoming ambiance of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pembroke Pines-Sheridan St, An Ihg Hotel. The clean lobby and smooth operating elevators made it accessible for me during my stay as a senior woman.

I would appreciate more comfortable seating in the lobby.
